The CERN Technical Student Programme offers students from technical or administrative fields the opportunity to spend 4 to 12 months at CERN, working on an advanced technical project. It's a unique chance to get hands-on experience in a world-leading research environment, contributing to cutting-edge science and technology. Students gain valuable practical experience and develop their skills in an international setting.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be students enrolled in a university program (Bachelor's or Master's) in a technical or administrative field, and have completed at least 18 months of their studies. Must remain registered as a student during the internship. Good knowledge of English or French. Open to all nationalities, including students from African countries. Duration of 4 to 12 months.
Financial Benefits
A monthly stipend (approx. 3300 CHF for technical students), travel allowance, and health insurance. Assistance with accommodation is also provided.
