Eligibility
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in wildlife ecology, fisheries biology, natural resource management, or a closely related discipline
•Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
•Prior field research experience and familiarity with ecological data collection techniques
•Proficiency or willingness to learn statistical software (e.g., R) and spatial analysis tools (e.g., GIS)
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative research team in diverse field conditions
