The Heinrich Böll Foundation grants scholarships to German and international students and doctoral candidates of all subjects and nationalities who are pursuing a degree at German universities. Eligibility Criteria

Financial Benefits
Monthly stipend (€850 for Master's, €1,200 for PhD), individual study costs, and sometimes travel allowances. Tuition fees are generally not charged at public universities in Germany, so the scholarship effectively covers living costs and other expenses, making it fully funded.
