These scholarships are tied to specific, funded research projects led by experienced supervisory teams, often in collaboration with leading industry, government, and community partners. Selected candidates undertake their higher degree by research while contributing to innovative, high-impact research projects.
Eligibility Criteria
•Meet La Trobe University entry requirements for a PhD or Masters by Research degree
•Hold a four-year Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours, a Master's degree with a significant research component, or equivalent recognized research experience
•Meet the minimum English language proficiency requirements for graduate research
•Meet any project-specific academic prerequisites, qualifications, or technical skills outlined in the project description
•Be willing to enroll full-time and on campus for the duration of the research project

•A tax-free living allowance (stipend) funded at or above the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) rate
