The Regional Scholarship (DSU) is awarded on a competitive basis to students at the University of Milan based on financial need and academic merit. Funded by the Lombardy Regional Authority and the university, it aims to guarantee equal access to higher education for Italian, EU, and international students.
Eligibility Criteria
•Enrolled or intending to enroll in a Bachelor's, Master's, Single-cycle, or PhD program at the University of Milan
•Meet economic criteria evaluated through the ISEE / ISEE Parificato index
•Meet merit requirements based on credits (CFU) obtained by specified deadlines (for second year students and above)
•Must not receive other scholarships or financial aid from other institutions for the same academic year
•Maintain regular course progression within the standard duration of the degree program
