Details
The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship scheme is a joint initiative between the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and UK universities to support students from least developed and lower middle income Commonwealth countries.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a citizen of or be granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country (including The Gambia). Must hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard. Must not be able to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship.
Financial Benefits
Full tuition fees, airfare to and from the UK, stipend for living expenses, warm clothing allowance, and thesis grant.
