Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are high-level integrated study programmes at master level, designed and delivered by an international partnership of higher education institutions. They involve at least two higher education institutions from different Programme Countries. The scholarships are awarded to the best students applying to these programmes worldwide. The application period for the 2027-2028 academic year is expected to open in Autumn 2026 and close in early 2027. The deadline provided is an estimated general deadline, specific deadlines vary per programme. Students must apply directly to the EMJM programme of their choice.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to students from all over the world, including African countries. Applicants must hold a first higher education degree or demonstrate a recognised equivalent level of learning according to national legislation and practices, in the disciplines relevant to the chosen EMJM programme. Specific academic and language requirements vary by individual EMJM programme. Please consult the catalogue for specific programme requirements.
Financial Benefits
Fully funded scholarships covering participation costs (including tuition fees, library and laboratory costs, full insurance coverage), travel costs, installation costs, and a monthly living allowance for the entire duration of the study programme (typically 12, 18, 24 months).
