The Open Doors International Olympiad is organized by the Association of Global Universities in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Winners and runners-up receive full tuition coverage to study in undergraduate, graduate (Master's), or postgraduate (Doctoral/Postdoctoral) programs at top Russian universities under the Russian Government quota. The competition is conducted entirely online in English and Russian across a wide range of subject areas, including Computer Science & Data Analytics, Engineering & Technology, Business & Management, Applied Mathematics, Biology & Biotechnology, Physical Sciences, and more. The selection process consists of an online portfolio evaluation followed by timed problem-solving tasks and interviews (for Doctoral/Postdoc tracks).
Eligibility Criteria
•Open to foreign citizens, stateless persons, and Russian citizens permanently residing abroad
•Bachelor's track: High school graduates or students finishing secondary education
•Master's track: Holders of a Bachelor's or Specialist degree, or students completing their undergraduate degree
•Doctoral (PhD) track: Holders of a Master's or Specialist degree, or students graduating in the current academic year
•Postdoctoral track: Holders of a PhD or Candidate of Sciences degree (or equivalent)
•Proficiency in English or Russian (programs are taught in either language)
