The Malmö University Master’s Scholarship (MUMS) is designed for high-achieving students who are citizens of a country outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland and are admitted to an English-taught master’s programme at Malmö University. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and the applicant's motivation. The scholarship is granted for one academic year (two semesters) at a time and may be extended for programmes longer than two semesters, provided the student's study results are satisfactory. It is important to note that the scholarship only covers tuition fees and not living expenses or travel costs.
Eligibility Criteria
•Must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland
•Must be required to pay tuition fees for studies in Sweden
•Must have applied for a master’s programme at Malmö University via Universityadmissions.se
•Must have Malmö University ranked as the first priority in the application
•Must be admitted to a master's programme at Malmö University
Financial Benefits
•Covers 75% to 100% of the tuition fee
•The benefit is applied as a tuition fee reduction
•Does not cover living expenses, travel, or other costs
