This fully funded PhD studentship at the University of Birmingham aims to develop a Core Outcome Set (COS) for implementation science research. Standardizing core outcomes in implementation studies is crucial for improving research quality, enabling meta-analyses, and accelerating the translation of evidence into healthcare practice. The project will involve systematic reviews, Delphi consensus methodologies, and stakeholder consultation workshops.
Eligibility Criteria
•Applicants should hold or expect to achieve a First Class or Upper Second Class (2:1) UK Honours degree (or international equivalent) in health sciences, implementation science, public health, psychology, or a related discipline.
•A Master's degree in a relevant subject area is highly desirable.
•Experience or strong interest in health services research, implementation science, and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies.
•Proficiency in English meeting the University of Birmingham's postgraduate entry requirements (e.g., IELTS overall score of 6.5 or above).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
