Details
The European University Institute (EUI) offers paid traineeships to recent university graduates. These traineeships provide the opportunity to gain practical experience in the work of the EUI and its various departments, including administration, library, and academic units. Traineeships typically last up to one year and take place in Florence, Italy.
Eligibility Criteria
•Be a national of a European Union Member State, a candidate country, or (in limited numbers) a non-Member State.
•Have completed the first cycle of university studies and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
•Have obtained your last university diploma no longer than three years prior to the deadline for applications.
•Possess a good knowledge of English (CEFR level B2 or above).
•Have satisfactory knowledge of another EU language (for EU nationals).
•Must not have already benefited from previous in-service training or employment at the EUI.
Financial Benefits
•A monthly maintenance grant (stipend) of approximately €1,360 to assist with living costs in Florence.
•A travel allowance to cover travel expenses to and from Florence at the beginning and end of the traineeship.
•Access to EUI facilities, including the library and discounted meals at the EUI canteens.
